Street I.

I wish I had a great story for each photo here. I have captured the beauty of people on the streets in Barcelona, Oslo, Lund, Copenhagen, Malmö, Tromsø, Munich and wherever I may have roamed. I love grabbing moments, movements and tiny parts of the hustle of the city, showing paradoxically peace and calm.

Social dilemma

Scene from the flea-market in Oslo:
Man: -Have you taken a photo of the most beautiful thing here?

Me: -Hm, probably not. What is it by the way?

Man: Well, of course it is me!

I laughed out loud and said: - Alright, let´s do it then!
I grabbed my camera and made photos while he started laughing and saying, Oh, it was a joke!

But the moment was grabbed, and I absolutely love it.

Street musicians always make my heart feel good. I had a long nice conversations with the one on the left in Ystad. No one on the square could give him a lighter so I bought some for him and listened to his ideas about religion and his songs. He dedicated one of them for me and he did not collect money. He was just there, bringing delight to a boring Sunday afternoon.
