Almost 1 year ago, I had my first exhibition at a lovely gallery in Gödöllő, a Hungarian town near Budapest. The owner of this place and her art has been a big effect on my work and her improvements are always an inspiration. The fact that my first exhibition was here, at this magical little artshop and gallery was nothing like a dream.
I am very grateful.

Left side: My simple poster I shared with people to invite them to the exhibition.
Right side: My books. There are in Hungarian and in English.

Preparations.
The exhibited artwork of mine are prints, illustrations of my poems. The pictures got a matboard frame with a textile layer on top. At the exhibition there was an extra original artwork, that is a mix of aquarelle and black ink.
The prints got a little tag under them that had a short quote in Hungarian and in English from the poem it belongs to.
It was possible to buy my book at the exhibition and also I made tiny business cards with my contact on one side and one of the exhibited artworks on the other side.
This was very popular.
The little gallery was filled with people who came to see the opening celebration.
One of my musician friends played her songs, and another friend of mine said a short speech. The owner of the gallery guided the whole show, and I said a couple of words at the end. There were some sentimental moments as well.
More people bought my book on the spot than I expected. It was a phenomenal feeling to sign my own book for them.
THANKS FOR SCROLLING! :)
